Field Facilities and Infrastructure Planning which is include D&G and Utility pipelines, UV & LV Power transmit ion & Fiber Optic, Well Drilling and Well pads preparation.

• Reviewed main Engineering Drawing (Key Plan, P&IDs, PFDs, Single line diagrams, etc.) for Utility Pipelines, Fiber Optic Cables, Well pads Modularization and their fabrication and construction sequences.

• Developed and implemented EPCM baseline schedules.

• Finalized Resource loading, forecast Man-Power allocation and project cost.

 Increased overall production to 345,000 barrels per day. Kearl Expansion contains different areas as of Froth & Flare, Utilities, Extraction, Tailings, Hydrotarnsport Pipelines and Infrastructure.

• Developed and implemented of project controls procedures and Project Execution Plan.

• Reviewed main Engineering Drawing (P&IDs, PFDs, Single line diagrams, etc.) and marked up commissionable systems and sub-systems.

• Developed and implemented EPC baseline schedules

• Seconded on Imperial Oil Since 2008 to 2012

 Prepared and update schedules in Infrastructure, Regulatory & permits on feed phase and Commissioning & start-up, Operating and maintenance Planner on EPCM phases (KID & KEP) of Kearl Lake project.

• Prepared work breakdown structure (WBS)

• Responsible for preparation of level I to Level III Engineering and EPC schedule.

• Development and implementation of Schedule Bases Memorandum (SBM)

• Review Engineering drawings to Validate of Engineering assumption and.

Namvaran Consultants Engineering Co. (Tehran, Iran)2000-2006

Responsible for the planning overall and detail project schedules. Scheduling and Set up of Work Breakdown Structure in accordance with duties in the Pazanan gas injection project, Kermanshah Urea & Ammonia petrochemical complex,  Emam port Natural gas fraction (EPC) projects and Urmia 30” Natural Gas Pipeline project (240KM).

Provide a key role in integrating various project schedules identifying timely schedule trends that may affect the overall project objective.

SAB CONSTRUCTION Co. Tehran, Iran1995-2000

Responsible for the planning overall and detail project schedules scheduling and Set up of Work Breakdown Structure in accordance with hydro power plant of Karkheh reservoir dam project. This is the biggest dam in Middle East and this was the first time that an Iranian company did such a project.
